Flow & Sing is a playful blend of family yoga and live music for tiny ones and their grown-ups. Designed for children ages 3–5 years (Older siblings welcome). This is not about perfect poses or technique, but simply an opportunity for early learners to move their body, explore, and connect through music and play alongside you.
Live music and movement led by Ms. Aria from The Teeny Tinys and family yoga by Lisa from Lala Wellness at The Aura House, this unique class weaves movement, music, and connection into one joyful experience.
